About the Campaign

In 2024 Dallas Theological Seminary will celebrate its 100th anniversary.

We are preparing for this historic date by engaging in an Alumni Campaign that primarily focuses on building the Seminary’s scholarship funds. We want to do everything possible to remove the financial barriers faced by our students—clearing the way for these extraordinary men and women to receive the biblical training they need for effective ministry.

Consistently, 70 to 80 percent of the students who come to DTS for training qualify for need-based financial aid. They require support so that they may complete their degree program without building excessive debt and so that they can follow in your footsteps by following their call to ministry.

DTS is launching a Seminary-wide five-year Centennial Campaign leading up to the school’s 100th Anniversary in 2024. Dr. Bailey is asking all DTS alumni to join in this celebration by making a 5-year commitment to build an Alumni Scholarship Fund. From this fund, scholarships will be awarded to students from all degree pursuits.

“I want to be well equipped to best lead those whom God puts in my path. I want to know Greek and Hebrew. I want to have a deep understanding of all sixty-six books of the Bible. And most importantly I want to continue to know how to love people well, something from my very first interaction with DTS, I knew that they did well. It is through this program that I believe that I will be able to follow God’s call for my life, to love people well and to share the gospel with the lost.”
